We can exchange the products for a different size or any other product in place of the returned one.

IMPORTANT!

Products from the SALE category cannot be returned.

  • If you have benefited from an exchange of products, they can no longer be exchanged.

    Personalized products do not fall into the category of products that can be returned!

    The images of the products sold on the site are for informational purposes and are personalized upon request when the order is placed.

    According to GEO 34/2014, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal provided in art. 9 - 15 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises:

    c) the supply of products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Upon receipt of the package, carefully check its condition, and if you notice any irregularities regarding it (cuts, breaks, damage, detachment of adhesive parts, etc.), you can refuse the package and ask the courier to draw up a report of findings.

  • It is the courier's obligation to draw up and sign this report upon your notification.

  • Complaints against the courier will not be accepted without the report, for which we will not be able to assume responsibility for any consequences.

The return can be made in 2 ways:

  1. You can send them to us with any courier you want or in any way.
  2. We send the courier to you.

If you have chosen for us to send the courier, the round trip transport cost is for the preferred courier and will be paid upon receipt of the products.

If the product has manufacturing defects, the return of the products is made within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the products. The products must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.

Products with physical modifications, bumps, scratches, tears, etc. are not accepted for return.

Products can only be returned using the same delivery method by which they were sent.

The return costs will be borne by the customer.

For the return, it is necessary to complete the product return form, which you can find on the contact page. We will respond within a maximum of 3 days to inform you regarding the return details and to establish this aspect.

Any return received by us without the return form will not be considered. We reserve the right not to accept the receipt of return packages without prior written notification.

The refunded amount and the return conditions do not include transport costs.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the return acceptance, by bank transfer. It is necessary to specify the IBAN account in which you want the refund and the name of the account holder.

In the event of receiving a non-functional product or one with manufacturing defects, it will be replaced. The customer has the right to request a refund for the product or replacement with another product. If we cannot replace the product with a compliant one, the value of the product will be refunded.

In this case, the return of the product is at our expense.

We do not accept products that have been washed and/or used. If a product that has been washed and/or used is returned, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. If the customer refuses to receive it, we will keep it without any compensation. Please return all products in the same condition in which they were received.
